Cheryl Hutflesz
BScN, MN, PMNPD, RN(EC)
Cheryl has a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Toronto. She is double qualified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nurse Practitioner with 30 years experience in internal medicine, chronic pain, care of the older adult, nutritional science and pharmacology.
Cheryl's practice is rooted in holistic wellness. Her special interest lies in integrating patient education with medical science to provide patients with evidenced based treatment plans that reflect individual preferences and wellness goals. Cheryl is passionate about women's health, fitness, nutrition, gardening, horses, art and everything Italian. Cheryl has a working knowledge of the Italian language.
Psychotherapist
Maxine Bower MSW, RSW
Maxine graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's Degree in Gender Studies and a Master's Degree in Social Work. She is a registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Maxine draws from various scientifically based therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotions focused therapy (EFT), somatic and mindfulness techniques and in some cases eye movement desensitization techniques (EMDR) therapy. Maxine specializes in helping people with mood disorders, sexuality, identity, life transitions and chronic stress. Outside of work Maxine loves reading, coffee and cuddling her three rescue cats. When she is not working you can find her in the dance studio. Maxine is also fluent in French.
Physiotherapist
Masoumeh (Tina) Memarzadeh PT, DPT
​Tina has a Doctorate in physiotherapy from D'Youville University. She has diverse experience in acute care medicine and surgery, rehabilitation, chronic pain and pelvic health. Tina is passionate about women's health and focuses on improving quality of life for women by addressing their unique needs and creating individualized treatment plans. Tina has been at the forefront of building virtual physiotherapy programs for patients for the last five years. Outside of work Tina enjoys hiking, camping, yoga as well continuous life long learning. Tina is also fluent in Persian.

Dietitian
Monica Szeliga RD, MScFN
Monica graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition. She obtained her Registered Dietitian designation in 2014. ​Over the last 10 years Monica has worked with individuals with multiple chronic diseases including COPD, diabetes, chronic pain and cardiovascular disease. Monica is passionate about chronic disease prevention using food as medicine. She is able to help patients address the chronic illness implications of menopause including helping women to make dietary improvements that are realistic, sustainable and taylored to each woman's individual needs. Outside of work Monica enjoys hiking, interior design and exploring local cafes. Monica is also fluent in Polish.
