Our Services

Our Menopause Support Package is designed with you in mind, offering personalized guidance, prescriptions and resources tailored to your unique experience. We understand that each woman’s journey is different, which is why this package includes expert health risk and symptom assessment, individualized testing, customized prescriptions and a custom plan to resolve symptoms. Fee includes initial consultation, interpretation of laboratory values and follow up appointment. Tax receipts can be provided. Supporting services can be purchased as needed and are covered by most private insurance plans.

Medical Consultation

Nurse Practitioner: 60 MINUTES VIRTUAL

  1. health history

  2. symptom inventory

  3. risk assessment

  4. blood pressure, wt, height

  5. medication history

  6. laboratory panel, other tests and exams covered by OHIP

Follow-up Appointment

Nurse Practitioner: 30 MINUTES

VIRTUAL-1-3 wks later (included)

  1. review of lab results

  2. hormone therapy options and prescriptions for associated health conditions

  3. nutritional deficiencies and supplementation recommendations.

  4. referral to other specialists/providers as appropriate

3-6 Month Follow-ups

Nurse Practitioner: 15 MINUTES

VIRTUAL

  2. follow up labs if required

Patients will be required to complete intake forms prior to first consultation. Payment is required at time of booking in order to best manage our waitlist. Cancellation fee will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy services will be available starting January 2025.

8-10 sessions are offered to help you manage the psychological symptoms of menopause. Sessions  can be booked by contacting Maxine on our Jane booking app. Sessions are 1 hour and fee is $170.

Physiotherapy 

Physiotherapy services to support the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause as well as pelvic dysfunction and genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

Available early 2025. Physiotherapy assessments are 1 hour in length and follow up treatments are 45 mins. Fees are $110.

Registered Dietitian

Dietitian support services to help you manage both menopause associated weight gain as well as nutritional recommendations to offset the chronic disease health risks associated with menopause. Available in 2025. New consults and follow up appointments are 1 hour in length and fees are $140.
